Sale service
1.Upon your order, our sales representative will be your “butler” . They’ll arrange affairs related to implement the order. Such as produce order issuance, manufacture procedure tracking, necessary documentary preparation, shipment related issues. They’ll keep you posted on every updates.
2.During manufacture, there are 5 QC persons to strictly check all details to ensure no defective products.
3.If any TPI designated by clients, we’ll coordinate with them closely for a perfect products and smooth delivery.

After service
1.Sufficient documents will be provided to clients. Such as shipment papers, insurance policies, certificates and so on
2.Track shipment status and update customer accordingly to make sure in time arrival and assistance on custom clearance
3.Making sure that goods arrive at customers’ site in good condition
4.For system unit, provide commissioning and installation service timely. We can achieve that by call, email, video, online meeting, also at site. For equipment, provide strong support of paper instruction or manual, or the assistance by call, email, video, online meeting
5.Pay regular phone or email return visits to customer to check if any help needed to eliminate question or problem on our products.
6.Sufficient spare parts for swift solution to any maintenance or repair work at customers’ site.
