AIPU fuel tanks delivered to Middle East

5 Sets of fuel tank have been just delivered to Middle East. This order is a repeat order from our regular client. Both our client and end user are satisfied with our products and services.

Among the tanks, there are 2 sets of elevated type. The volume of each tank is 370bbl. For each tank we configure oil pump, level meter, suction filter, discharge filter, centrifuge and so on necessary accessories. We also install the electric control system. We all know, elevated oil tanks help we to get convenient operation and use during daily work. When we set up the elevating frame it’s easy to fix just by locking device. These elevating oil tanks are cylindrical and with arc end. Such design keeps less dead corner and easy to clean if necessary.

Another 2 diesel oil tanks are 370bbl, too. But there is no centrifuge along with the tank, neither elevating type. Other accessory are almost same to above elevated tank. However, their bottom are covered by rectangular frame. Such design provides a better protection on any oil fall off from oil tank.

The smallest oil tank is the daily tank. The volume of it is only 62bbl about 10m³. But all the necessary design and functions are capable enough for users’ operation.

Before the delivery, clients dispatched their inspector to do the FAT. Except small blemish of surface painting, there is no documented non-conformance on whole project. And during the produce, clients also had come to check the quality and procedures, too. They are very happy with our QC, and the traceability on every procedure and materials for this project.
