The solids control equipment including mixing hopper pump, shearing pump, mud agitators, etc. They are for different customers from Indonesia, Europe, China, Russia, etc. Mixing pumps are specially customized with portable hopper for this user, shearing pump has been made in a more compact form to save space.

Mud system is the complete solids control system for overseas project. User will operate oil rig ZJ70. From the shaker to the centrifuge, from active tank to fuel tank are all made by AIPU. Against clients’ FAT we’ve been highly appreciated by them. They are happy with what we’ve done for high quality products, timely delivery, and circumspect services.

For the separated fuel tanks under repeat order is from regular client, too. Tanks are customized on special large size, and double layer. Every procedure has been implemented strictly according to the standard for quality assured. Such as raw material, welding, grinding, hydro test, sand-blasting, painting, assemble, etc.

The shaker screens, have been always a popular product at Aipu. As the first company got screen panels tested per API RP13C, we always wish give clients optimal solutions.
