Proper centrifuge speed is critical to remove more solid phase. 1. The straight section and cone section of the drum are made of 2205 bidirectional stainless steel material, which is centrifugally cast. The remaining parts of the drum assembly are made of SS316L stainless steel material.
2. The screw pusher is protected by wear-resistant alloy sheets, which has a long service life and is easy to repair and replace.
3. The diverter port of the screw pusher and the slag discharge port of the drum are protected by easy-to-replace wear-resistant alloy sleeves to extend the service life and maintenance cycle.

The following are the precautions and maintenance tips before and during operation of the centrifuge:

1. Before operation, the power supply should be cut off and the centrifuge brake should be released first. You can try rotating the drum by hand to see if there is any bite.
2. Turn on the power and drive clockwise (usually it takes about 40-60 seconds from standstill to normal operation).
3. Usually each piece of equipment must be run empty for about 3 hours after arriving at the factory. It can work without any abnormality.
4. Check if there are any looseness or abnormalities in other parts.
5. The materials should be placed as evenly as possible.
6. It must be operated by dedicated personnel, and the capacity must not exceed the rated capacity.
7. It is strictly forbidden to overspeed the machine to avoid affecting the service life of the machine.
8. After the machine is started, if there is any abnormality, it must be stopped for inspection. If necessary, it must be disassembled, cleaned and repaired.
9. The centrifuge operates at high speed, so you must not touch the drum with your body to prevent accidents.
10. The mesh size of the filter cloth should be determined according to the size of the solid particles of the separated material, otherwise the separation effect will be affected.
11. The sealing ring is embedded in the sealing groove of the drum to prevent materials from running in.
12. To ensure the normal operation of the centrifuge, the rotating parts should be refueled and maintained every 6 months. At the same time, check the running lubrication condition of the bearing to see if there is any wear; whether the components in the brake device are worn, and replace them if they are serious; whether there is oil leakage in the bearing cover.
13. After using the machine, clean it and keep it tidy.
