ZJ90 Mud system
Drilling mud system is used to process drilling fluids. From shale shaker to centrifuge decanter. Solids control mud system can benefit much on saving cost of well exploration and further cuttings process. A good oil and gas mud system leads to a great efficiency and effect of well drilling. The second ZJ90 mud system supplied to our regular partners HONGHUA GROUP. Drilling mud solids control system produced by AIPU including various treating capacity for ZJ 20, ZJ30, ZJ40, ZJ50, ZJ70, ZJ80, and ZJ90, as well as work over rigs. We are proud of supplying over 200 sets of complete system to users around the world.
Mud tank agitators
Mud agitator also called mud tank agitator is located on a mud tank to suspend solids and maintain homogeneous mixture throughout the system. Usually, we suggest one set agitator per 3 meters of the mud tank. AIPU mud agitators, available in eight models (4 horizontal style and vertical style each) from 5.5 through 15 Kw (7.5 ~20 horsepower), are quite, smooth and vibration-free. The simplicity and strength of their helical bevel gear drive provide long reliable service.
Drilling mud centrifugal pump
Centrifugal pumps are widely used in onshore drilling due to their high efficiency and low maintenance requirements. The pump consists of a pump head containing the main working elements which rotate to produce flow and pressure when driven by a motor. APSB series centrifugal pump can be used as a feeding pump for mud desander, mud desilter, or used as a mixing pump for jet mud mixer. Also, it can be used as a trip pump, and supercharging pump for rig mud pump.
