On-site Commissioning Of The Mixing System Completed

The drilling site mixing system is an important part of the drilling operation. Its main function is to mix and process the drilling fluid to ensure the smooth progress of the drilling operation. The AIPU team has just completed the on-site commissioning of the customized mixing system. At the same time, AIPU engineers have also conducted operational training for customers to ensure that customers can operate the slurry mixing system proficiently and give full play to its performance.

The mixing system at the drilling site usually consists of a mixing tank,  mixing equipment, pumps, agitators, filters and control systems. The design and configuration of the mixing tank system are usually customized according to specific drilling conditions and requirements to meet the needs of the drilling operation.

For this project, the both tanks are made of National standard high quality steel，The mud tank body dimension:8000 X 2600 X 1650 MM. We have configured the below solids control equipment according to the customer's requirements. There are shake shaker, jet mud mixer, drilling mud agitator, centrifugal pump and mud gun.
