Repeat order on solids control system for ZJ40 oil rig

There is a repeat order on solids control system for ZJ40 oil rig. The project is overseas, however, our system will be delivered together with the drilling rig. According to client’s demand and time frame, the system is to be ready in 3 weeks.

What is the main configuration of the system?

There are 6 sets of typical oilfield three runner skid mounted tank, also its round base for less dead corner, easy and convenient cleaning of mud tank. All the necessary attachment are inclusive, such as level meters, flow divider, pipelines and fittings, walkways, guardrails, ladders, stairs, lights, and the electric control system. The walkway and steps are fit with fiberglass grating.

Main equipment including 2 sets of shale shaker ,1 set degasser, 1 set mud cleaner, 1 set of decanter centrifuge. The accessory equipment including the transfer pump, mixing pump, mud agitators, and the mud guns.

What’s the following procedure?

According to present schedule, you’ll see the picture of whole system ready in 3 weeks. During this time, we’ll place the equipment at certain position, connect all the pipelines, arrange spot check on NDT. Of course, the QC will be implemented through every procedure. Also, against the whole system connected well we’ll do the hydro pressure and leakage test.

To ensure a reliable operation for our user, we’ll fill water and let it flow through the whole system. We’ll do the test on valves performance and connection among tanks, compartments.

How do we ship the system?

We’ll deliver the system to rig manufacturer by truck. And then, they’ll deliver the complete package overseas by sea. Yes, bulk shipment. Such big package product requests very large space and costs high. So, bulk shipment is a better solution to save cost for end user.

Before delivery, we’ll do all the check work on every item in detail. From the very beginning, check the material list, the drawings, the packing list and the items placed. Every small piece of item will be packed well and recorded clearly by photo/video/document. This is not only a way helping us but also providing convenience to users and operators at job site
