What Is The Procedure Of Making Solids Control System?

Mud system for drilling fluids solids control usually consists of shale shaker, degasser, mud cleaner, decanter centrifuge as main equipment in order. While mud tanks is the platform of these equipment and workers, besides above items, there are mud agitators, jet mud gun line, mixing hopper, pumps, and all necessary accessories. Such as pipelines, fittings, lights, control panel or starters, lights, and so on.

It's a compreshensive solution to solids control. Also, different users have different preference and ideas for their own projects. So, such complicated proposals, how will Aipu to make them? to present them?

From the very beginning, of course, we'll discuss proposal with clients to confirm the general layout, the main process or flow chart. Against GDA confirmed, we'll prepare details. Subsequently, we'll disassemble all drawings and check the complete material for whole mud system. Arranging purchase of raw materials, standard components, draw the plan of whole manufacture or project.

When the materials arrive at facility, we'll do the inspection firstly. Passed items will be processed by cutting machine, bending machine, folding machine, and so on. Then we'll do the sand-blasting before painting. We usually only do the primary painting before welding. During the manufacture of mud tanks, we make the equipment at the same time.

We know the mud tanks usually including different compartments and lines for mud in and out. And different compartments top are set with different equiment. So there are shell between pits, ports and lines across pits. When we set up the tanks, we'll cut port on tank wall for pipe crossing tanks. After tanks being put in place, we'll put all equipment on tanks. This action helps us to confirm all pipelines are properly installed and convenient to install or uninstall, also helps us to check if all arrangement is proper. 

Meanwhile, we'll do the leakage test by filling water into tank. If no leakage, we'll move forward. Any leakage or blemish, we'll fix it and go further. Upon all equipment put on tanks, all pipelines connected well, we'll test run the whole system to check if flow smooth.

If everything goes well, we'll uninstall the equipment and let water flow out of tank. Then do the sand blasting again, and paint the tanks and equipment.

Before delivery, we'll check all the items listed on packing list issued the our technical department. Then pack the separated parts or components together, finally, do the loading plan.

Of course, during the whole process, we'll implement inspection and test after certain procedure. Every process will go further against comformance.
