The shaker is dual deck design, the drilling mud are entered to down screen firstly to separate more than 2mm particles, so as to protect the desilter cones unit and submersible slurry pump better. The screen panel can be designed to stianless steel or polyurethane material. This unit almost no any wearing parts, and its easy movable and transportation.

The other with more function design, as the end user want to add chemicals into mud recycling unit. Except for AIPU shale shaker, AIPU desilter cones unit, mud tank, a mud mixing hopper is configured. The pump is horizontal centrifugal pump, and quantity is two. One pump is worked as the feeding pump for shaker, the other centrifugal pump is for mixing hopper. no matter the spare or cost of this type, it will be higher than compact structure designed mud recycling unit. At the same time, the electric control motor can be tailored to variable frequency type.
