Mud tanks play important role during solids control system. Tanks are made of square steel tube and steel plate, to store drilling fluid on a drilling rig. Mud mixing tank is a kind of tanks which helps in mixing and homogenizing the mud mix for use in the drilling operation, that usually configured with mud agitators. We call it agitator tanks as well. Based on the different storage capacity requirements, the mixing tank can be produced with different dimension. And considering the different job site, mud tanks can be designed with different shape, round and square.

Fuel tank is the specialized tank used to provide and store fuel for diesel engine and generator on drilling rig. It can be customized to elevated type. We all know, elevated oil tanks help we to get convenient operation and use during daily work. When we set up the elevating frame it’s easy to fix just by locking device. For each tank we configure oil pump, level meter, suction filter, discharge filter, centrifuge and so on necessary accessories. We also install the electric control system. 

Cement silos are on-site storage containers used for the storage and distribution of various types of cement mixtures. They are more popular in geothermal drilling. A cement storage silo can be structured to hold no more than a few tons of dry cement product, or be designed to efficiently hold several hundred tons. Generally, larger silos are permanent structures that cannot be moved. These are likely to be found at concrete plants, where the finished product is stored until it is time for shipment. Many building sites that utilize concrete in the construction process opt for portable cement silos that can be moved around the site as the need arises. According to the user’ demand, the cement silo can be designed with different capacity.
